Just to say thank you to all the staff on ELM floor everything you did for mam was appreciated. We got to know some nice people over the years mam was in The Gables and in a strange way we miss coming to visit. Mam was treated with dignity and respect throughout her 9 years in your care. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts.

Just a line to let you know that how brilliant your staff has been to Ken, Jas & I. They certainly go the extra mile. But I would also like to mention Alison & Colin in particular who were very kind to us. We really miss visiting it has been like a family to us but we will not forget  anyone.  Best wishes Joan & Jas.

Could I ask you to send a few words please for ALL staff, to express our appreciation for all their hard work, dedication, and for going that extra mile time and time again. The care industry can sometimes seem thankless at times, but I am a strong believer in giving praise when a job is done well.

I just wanted to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the care you gave to my mam.  I know your job can be really challenging but she was always treated with love and respect from all of you.  I also want to thank everyone for the support I received the day mam died.  I felt like I was surrounded by friends and that really helped.

To all the staff. My mom (Jean) did not have a long stay at Queens Meadow, but I do believe it was quality over quantity. I cannot thank you all enough for the care and attention you gave my mom. You looked after her and cared for her to the highest possible standard. I and her family are so grateful it means so much to us. Love and best wish.

To everyone at Springbank House, we would like to thank you for the love and care you bestowed upon Peggie and Barrie Gordon during their time with you. Best Wishes.

Please pass on to all staff our heartfelt thanks for the care that dad received since he moved in last September.  We have been very impressed with the standard of care, the friendliness and accessibility of staff and how approachable and helpful everyone has been.  You made dad’s final months so much better than they might otherwise have been.  I’ve never seen him play the piano as much as he did in Pilling House!

I will never forget the staff’s kindness to me on Mam’s last day and would like to thank them for their words of comfort.  I will also never forget the guidance and compassion received throughout Mam’s last day that enabled me and my family to come to terms with what was happening.  And finally, I will never forget and be forever grateful to Chris (home manager), Mam’s special friend and singing partner.

It was a particularly ‘scary’ time for Mary Armstrong and also for ourselves around the decision to move Mary to Willowdene.  I am so glad to report that all the staff at Willowdene made such an outstanding effort to welcome Mary, each taking the time to introduce themselves properly to her and to be warm and friendly in their manner towards her, that this made her transition from hospital as positive as it could possibly be.

A huge thank you to all the staff who cared for my grandmother Betty Mullery. You have been so kind and thank you for making us feel so welcome. I really do appreciate everything you have done. I have complete peace every time we visited knowing she was in good hands. Thank you so much.

To Lindsay and all staff at Pelton Grange Care Home. Thank you all for a lovely Christmas Party. All the work that went in to make it a great success. Thank you again.
