I want to say a huge thank you for the 4 ½ years of care you gave to Betty. You looked after us too, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart that you made Betty’s passing easier for us to bear. We meet angels every day, we were so fortunate that you were ours.
Just a gentle not to say thanks to you and your team for all the help and support that you have given as settling mum into the Laurels.., Your help and support has really helped us through and allowed mum to settle in really well. Many thanks.

“[We] want to thank you all so much for the care you gave Dad in the short time he was with you. He loved being in Ingleby Care Home and said you all spoiled him so much. We know that you all took great care of him and he was treated with great respect and kindness.”
To all The Gables staff, you dispensed comfort, compassion and care to mum, without a prescription in sight. We can’t thank you enough. With love from Stephanie and Meg.

To all the superstar staff, just a short note to let you all know how much appreciated and valued you all are. I have always found you professional, compassionate and genuinely caring. I would also want you to know if I had any concerns I would speak to you privately face to face. Keep the faith you all do an incredible job and you give a huge support to your clients and their families.

To all at Aden House, Just a quick note to thank you all for caring for Michael Jo well while he was with you. I was always made to feel welcome when I came to unit, even though I did nag about things. As far as I could tell he was as happy as he could be. For that I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
To everyone at Aaron Crest, Thank you so much for all the amazing love and care given to my mum and dad over the last two years.
Dear Helen & all the team, I would like to extend my thanks to you all for the great care, love and attention you all showed to my mum. You all truly went above and beyond the call of duty, in everything you did for her. She got more love from you all than she did from most of her family and I will be forever grateful for this.
I visited Queens Meadow 30/08/18 and completed three reviews. I was so very impressed when I walked in and saw one of the residents helping to put the laundry away – he then went on to help with the tea trolley and this is all part of his care plan to prevent him from being agitated as he gets like that when he is bored. The staff I spoke to were very thorough and organised too and knew their residents very well indeed.
It was nice to see non pharmacological interventions being utilized without guidance from us. It’s the same care home where I saw the activities coordinator with a group of residents using the Virtual Reality stuff and the residents were loving it!
To the staff, thank you for looking after me. With love and best wishes.
To all staff @ Pelton Grange Care Home. I just wanted to say a big “thank you” to you all for your efforts in these past 3-4 years for looking after mum Joanne Greener. Being so far away, it has been great to know her needs and requirements and above all her safety & well being has been in the hands of such dedicated professionals. I cannot thank you enough of behalf of myself & all the family for your care and attention. My mum was always a beautiful & caring individual and in recent years with her dementia worsening we have seen a different person. She was so social. Thank you again for everything.
Dear Carers, Staff and Friends. Thank you for looking after my Mom. She was very happy in her home with you caring for her. She was reluctant to move, so I was chuffed once many of you got to know her. It’s an understatement to say she liked a chinwag but I think it made all the difference to her. I know I’ve spoken to a lot of you personally but just wanted those I haven’t spoken to, to know. It means a lot. I feel like I know some of you for more than I should but she took a real interest in you all. She was very at home with you. Thank you to those that could attend the funeral, I’m sorry you were not allowed to attend for food and a drink afterwards. I’m glad she made so many friends in her time with you but that is just testament to how “at home” she felt. In your gratitude.
