Huddersfield care homes hold haunted Halloween parties

Halloween parties took place at Aden Lodge and Aden House care homes, on Long Lane, Clayton West, and Aden Court Care Home, on Birkhouse Lane, Moldgreen.

Witches, skeletons, werewolves and more were among the nightmarish costumes worn by staff, residents and visitors at several Hill Care Group homes across the city.

GHOSTS and ghouls have been roaming the corridors of care homes across Huddersfield this Halloween.

There were fancy dress competitions, pumpkin carving and themed games to get everyone into the Halloween spirit.

Vicky Taylor, regional manager for the Hill Care Group, said: “All our homes in the region got into the Halloween spirit this year.

“The residents, staff and family members all had a great time playing Halloween games and dressing up.”
