The staff at Thornhill Nursing Care Home are highly trained and experienced, ready to aid in all manner of issues relating to care. We provide individualised care plans after an initial assessment in order for us to understand each of our residents’ needs before they move in with us. We find that this not only gives us a better understanding of the needs of our residents, but also reassures the residents and their families that they will be receiving round the clock dedicated care from professionals. We’re located in a residential location and within walking distance from local amenities, providing nursing and residential care in a friendly and homely environment.
Our home is made up of four distinct units so that if a resident’s needs change, you do not need to look for another care home. After reassessment all that would be required is a simple transfer to another section of the home.
