To the Simonsfield staff, thank you all so much for caring for our mum Joan and the lovely way you have looked after her for us.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the lovely FaceTimes we have been having with my mam.  It’s been so special and I love my call every week, just wanted you all to know what a fantastic job you are all doing keeping everyone safe and happy too

Thank you for all the care you gave to my mum Barbara.  And thank you for all the hard work you put in for all the residents, it’s greatly appreciated by all the family.  And the love shown for my mum will never be forgotten.

I would like to offer praise and thanks for the way you have coped during this pandemic and making sure that in Queens Meadow you have done everything right to protect residents and staff. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for looking after my cousin Harry.

We just wanted to say thank you for everything that was done to make Mum’s birthday as special as it could be yesterday.  Especially we want to thank staff for the fantastic looking cake, for getting mum ready and for doing her hair.  Once again thanks for all your doing for Mum, hope you all stay safe and well.

I would just like to publicly thank the staff of The Gables Care Home.  My mum was a resident there for some years and the staff have always taken good care of her. Sadly my mum passed away last week but the staff really looked after my mum and me in her last days . I would like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

The Oaks staff are exceptional, a family atmosphere is always apparent and the wellbeing of residents is paramount.  I wanted the best possible care for my wife and I got that at The Oaks.

Thank you for all your hard work and dedication during this rough, worrying time. You all deserve a medal for what you are doing.

Thank you so much for looking after Mum at this difficult time.  She was so much happier when she moved into Springbank House, the food and care was all first class.  You’re all heroes.

We as a family would like this to take this opportunity to thank you for the care that you are giving to my Mother.  It is not an easy time, and there are many pressures on everyone, with corona virus carers jobs have been made more difficult.  We have nothing but praise for your staff at this time. We know that the staff in Willowdene are doing an excellent job.
