I found this lovely place he has not been in very long but the staff have been both respectful and helpful in what has been a difficult and stressful time. Hopefully my husband will settle here and be happy so I would just like to Thank all the team for their help and understanding with this. They have all made him welcome and although I can only speak on the phone they are giving me the confidence that he is being looked after with respect and dignity. Stay safe and keep up the good work.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at The Laurels for looking after our mum. You were all very kind and compassionate and I know mum felt comfortable and happy whilst she was with you. We are comforted that she led a happy life right until the end. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation.

Can I just take a moment to express my support for the excellent way that you, as an organisation, have managed the difficult Covid situation. Thank you for all that you are doing to safeguard our families and assure you of my support with the policies you have put in place.

I would just like to say how much I appreciate the care and support my mam receives. The home is like home, it is airy and clean. The staff can’t do enough for the residents. My mam has really settled in, and I know she is happy there. The staff keep us updated on activities and changes.

Please accept our grateful and heartfelt thanks for the love and care you showed Sister Mary during the past 6 years – she loved being with you and told me how lucky she was every time I would visit.  We cannot express enough how very special Ingleby Care Home is – we will always be grateful to you all.

Throughout this period I was sent photographs and videos of (my sister), and received a card she made.  Care staff like those at The Laurels have been in the front line of the crisis and are constantly at risk from the virus.  Words cannot express how much I admire them and the work they do.

Staff and management have done a monumental job of keeping themselves safe in order to care for our loved ones. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL !! Your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Doris is always happy when we see her, in fact your team are providing the company and attention that we were struggling to give her.  Thanks to you all.

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the lovely FaceTimes we have been having with my mam.  It’s been so special and I love my call every week, just wanted you all to know what a fantastic job you are all doing keeping everyone safe and happy too
