I cannot fault anything at all the staff are all so caring and my mum is treated with dignity, and considering her health problems following her stroke the care home is always spotlessly clean and we are always made welcome when visiting.

Since my dad has been here I have noticed a big change in him, he is relaxed and he doesn’t walk around with his shoulders all up tight, he is really relaxed and happy. I can’t thank the staff and admin staff enough they are all a credit.

The staff from the manager down are all hard working, friendly and will do all they can to help.

Deangate has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with plenty to eat and drink. Dad’s room is always very clean and tidy and he enjoys the visiting entertainers.

All the staff at Barnfield Care Home understand my brother’s needs and treat him with dignity. He is always dressed smartly and his room is very clean and comfortable.

I can not recommend this home highly enough, all the staff are amazing, the home is beautiful and clean and most of all feels like home from home for our Mom.

The home seems to be well involved with the local community and arrange lots of days out and interactive activities.

Alderwood has to be one of the best care homes… Staff treat all residents with dignity and care as if they are their own family.

My mum was very happy whilst at Thornhill. Knowing she was safe, well cared for and never alone helped me to go home and be confident that my mum would be comfortable.

Though she wasn’t with you long, she felt at home.
