We would like to thank you very much for looking after Margaret, albeit for just eight nights, in late December 2017. We were so impressed by Simonsfield. The environment is absolutely lovely. The staff without exception were delightful… They were so very kind, approachable and caring. It is exemplary care home. We feel that it is due to your exceptional leadership that Simonsfield is such a special place.

Margaret thought that all the staff, the surroundings and the food was excellent. She had a particular “soft spot” for Sophie, Billy and yourself. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Simonsfield to anyone needing care in an exceptional care home. We are just sad that Margaret could not have enjoyed very much longer with you.

Marian & Dennis Cheetham -

Dear Chris Thank you for caring for my dad. (Desi Stokes) and your staff were amazing. You not only give my dad the best possible care but your staff also looked after us his family. Your staff were , friendly, caring, had empathy, but were also very professional at there job each and everyone, from your nurses, care assistance’s, your chiefs and the cleaning staff. I can not fault anything. Your home is exceptionally clean, warm and friendly. If only we had found you sooner. My dads last days were in the best possible place. I thank you personally for all your help. Your amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If only there were more people like you.

Thank you all, you all cared greatly for Barabara and helped her remain comfortable in her own home with you

The MacMillan - Cancer Trust Team

We gained enormous comfort from knowing that Barbara was well looked after by you and your staff. If we have one regret it was that Barbra didn’t move to Pelton Grange sooner as she was so happy there. We will be eternally grateful for the love and care Barbara received at Pelton Grange.
