It is our aim to provide a service that meets the unique needs of individuals in our care. We will enable them to fulfil a rewarding life through our core values.

• To ensure that quality is maintained throughout the business, from care to facilities with the help of quality assurance audit tools.
• Encourage people who use the service and their families to provide comments and suggestions to continue to improve the quality of care.
