Meet the Team

In order ensure the highest standards of care, our team members have all the necessary qualifications and experience.

Home managers are required to have an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership in Health and Social Care, and to have achieved or be working towards their Level 5 qualification. Many Hill Care managers are also registered nurses.

As well as providing an intensive induction, we ensure statutory training in subjects such as safe Moving and Handling, Dementia Awareness and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, among other courses.

All staff members joining our team are checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
