Longmoor Lodge is a purpose built Residential Home for Older People situated in a pleasant residential area.
The town centre of Sandiacre and its facilities are close by and the surrounding towns of Long Eaton and Stapleford are within easy reach
Longmoor Lodge aims to provide facilities of a high standard– with an all embracing, developmental, caring service for the people who use the service. Our objective is to offer person centred care taking into account each individual persons unique qualities, abilities, interests, lifestyle preferences and needs.
The majority of our rooms are on the ground floor.
Spacious en suite bedrooms have TV and telephone points and a nurse call system. Rooms are furnished and decorated to the highest standard. A variety of specialist bathing and shower facilities are provided. There is a small kitchen for the use of the people who use the service to make drinks or snacks for themselves and/or their visitors.
Within the home there are three large, comfortable and spacious lounges and a small quiet room for people to choose from. We also have an activity area where people wishing to take part can join in the craft and social activities organised by our activities co-ordinator. We also have outside entertainers visit the home regularly and we organise trips out to local attractions throughout the year
