Woolton Grange Care Home
Woolton Grange is a 43 bed Care Home adjacent to Woolton Park and close to Calderstones Park on the fringe of Woolton Village, convenient for local shopping facilities and well served by public transport.
The building, originally a church, has been completely renovated and furbished to provide the highest standard of care and comfort.
A varied and interesting menu is provided daily and, all diets are catered for. Meals are served in the pleasant dining room or, in the person’s own room. 24 hour. care is provide by our qualified care staff.
A Conservatory provides elevated and panoramic views of Woolton Village allowing people to view the outside bustle. Accommodation is spacious and attractive and all rooms are equipped with nurse call systems. All our bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have washing facilities and T.V. points and the people who use the service are encouraged to bring small items of furniture as well as personal belongings to make them feel truly at home. Many rooms provide beautiful views over nearby parklands.

The Staff respect the privacy of each person and encourage visits from friends and relations. A complete range of social activities are provided including religious services and twice weekly trips out in the homes own mini-bus. There are two lounge areas, one with television, video, DVD player and the other providing an area for quiet reading and other activities.
